Student Identity Verification and Security Measures

To protect the integrity of continuing education records, each student is required to create an individual user account using accurate identifying information. Students access courses using a unique username and password.

Student identity is verified through registration information, including name, license number, email address, and other identifying information each time the student logs in and logs out as required.

The learning management system records login activity, course progression, completion timestamps, and other system-generated audit information.

Course sessions are associated with the student's authenticated account, and certificates are generated only after successful completion of all required course activities.

Provider administrative access is restricted to authorized personnel through secure authentication procedures.

Electronic student records are protected using secure servers, encrypted connections where applicable, password-protected administrative accounts, routine system backups, and regular software updates designed to protect student information from unauthorized access.
